HOW TO SPOIL AN AWESOME BRAND : Hi I am from Kolkata, I paid in full to a Dealer on 28/12/18 in my company,s name. its been a month now and I am yet to get delivery of my BMW 310R. Every time on more than 10 occasions I have been asked to give relevant papers which I did till last week, I was supposed to get my Bike on Last Friday 25th of Jan. Again I am asked to furnish all in Originals. This is totally unprofessional attitude of the concerned dealers. Now I am so much concerned how the after sales service will be. This post should be an eye opener for the BMW Motarad Management, if they want to save their Brand in Kolkata, They should act now. a copy of complaint has been sent to Online Portal and other magazines . I am so fed up that i will be happy if I simply get my money back.
