25 October 2017: The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is based on the philosophy of a street cruiser that also carries a pure retro charm and a vintage appeal. It is due to the Classic 350 only that the term ‘thumper’ almost got instantly popular among the masses. The vintage cruiser draws its power from a 346cc, single cylinder, air-cooled engine that comes mated to a five-speed transmission set up. The torquey engine is good for churning out respective power and torque outputs of 20bhp @ 5250rpm and 28Nm @ 4000rpm. It has a claimed mileage of 37kmpl and a top speed of 130kmph (claimed). The Classic 350 comes to a halt effortlessly as it comes fitted with a 280mm disc brake up front that pairs with a 153mm drum brake at the rear. The bike comes as the younger twin of Classic 500 and is loved by almost every Royal Enfield lover owing to its alluring retro styling.
