Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Expert Overview
Overview
The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 is an evolution of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650, promising better performance, and more premium underpinnings to handle the extra firepower. It will be launched around November-December 2026 - at the Royal Enfield Motoverse, the brand’s yearly biking festival in Goa. Two variants of the upcoming Continental GT 750 were spotted testing in March, a sportier faired version, and a non-faired version.
While the overall design is similar to the Continental GT 650, the biggest identifier is the presence of twin disc brakes at the front. This should help in a stronger braking performance as the 750cc engine is expected to make more than the 650’s 47PS and 52Nm. This air-oil-cooled parallel-twin motor is an enlarged version of the 650, and it could make somewhere around 55PS and 60Nm. It will continue with a 6-speed gearbox, and will get slip-and-assist clutch. Expect the gear ratios to be slightly different to go with the extra horsepower.
The bike uses an adjustable telescopic fork so that riders can tune the suspension based on their weight and the road surface. The twin rear shock absorbers are preload-adjustable, but they don’t have the gas canisters as the current-gen bike. It rolls on the same alloy wheels with Verdestein Centauro ST tubeless tyres as the 650.
On the features front, the Continental GT 750 gets a TFT screen, so expect it to show lots of useful information, including smartphone mirroring for navigation.
The expected price of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 could be around Rs 3.90 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be sold along with the Continental GT 650 (which will be updated soon). There are no natural rivals, but the closest cafe racer alternative will be the smaller-engined Triumph Thruxton 400.
