Royal Enfield has launched the updated Classic 350 in India, which now comes with a slip and assist clutch and a USB Type-C fast charging port for additional convenience. However, these updates are available only on the dual channel ABS variants, which starts at Rs 1,94,668 (ex-showroom). Here's all you need to know.

What's New?

The biggest update is the addition of a slip and assist clutch, which offers a lighter clutch action and smoother downshifts. This makes the motorcycle easier to manage in city traffic, where frequent gear changes are required. Another addition is a fast-charging USB Type-C port, allowing riders to charge their smartphones and other electronic devices while on the move.

Along with this, Royal Enfield has also discontinued the Halcyon Black and Jodhpur Blue colour options. With this update, the Bullet 350 remains the only Royal Enfield bike that does not come with a slipper clutch.

What’s Unchanged? 

Apart from these changes, the Classic 350 remains mechanically unchanged. It continues to be powered by the familiar 349cc air-cooled J-series engine, producing 20.4 PS and 27 Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The suspension, brakes, and wheels have also been carried over unchanged. The bike is available in 7 colour options: Emerald, Stealth Black, Gun Grey, Commando Sand, Medallion Bronze, Madras Red and Redditch Red.
