Am just 5.2 and I can ride d 390 my cousin affords it. No problem in traffic for me. You can adjust the sit little bit. But for lerner I thing 200cc bikes will be difficult so try with 125 cc or 150 cc bikes.👍🏻

Go for it!! You have 5.3 height. I have 5.1 and riding mojo XT having saddle height of 815 mm and now with 70section wall height of tyre increased. Still I can manage the 825mm
