Hero HF Deluxe is available in four variants, including HF Deluxe Black and Accent, priced at Rs 59,998, drum brake with kick start priced at Rs 61,620, drum brake with self-start priced at Rs 67,268 and i3S drum brake with self-start priced at Rs 68,768. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.
There are five colour choices available for Hero HF Deluxe. The Black and Accent variant, as the name suggests, is available in just that colour option. The rest of the variants can be availed in Sports Red Black, Black Nexus Blue, Black Grey Stripe and Candy Blazing Red colour options.
Hero HF Deluxe Engine
The Hero HF Deluxe gets a BS6.2-compliant 97.2cc, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine, producing 8.02PS @8000rpm and 8.05Nm @6000rpm. The engine is paired with a 4-speed transmission.
Hero HF Deluxe Suspension & Brakes
The Hero HF Deluxe gets a telescopic shock and twin 2-step preload adjustable shock absorbers. The braking consists of 130mm drums at the front and the rear. The HF Deluxe gets tubeless tyres sized 2.75-18 at both ends.
The bike features a ground clearance of 165mm, a fuel tank capacity of 9.6 litres and a seat height of 805mm.
Hero HF Deluxe Key Features
The Hero HF Deluxe comes with an analogue instrument cluster showing the speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge. It also features an Idle Stop-Start System (i3S) that cuts off the engine when it idles for long in traffic, helping increase mileage.
Apart from this, the HF Deluxe features a side stand engine cut-off, an engine cut-off at fall function, as well as an optional USB charger.

The HF Deluxe is a commuter bike from Hero MotorCorp and is one of the most affordable bikes in the 100cc space from the Jaipur-based manufacturer’s lineup. It comes with a simple and practical commuter design. Here’s how it performs in the real world:
Design
The Hero HF Deluxe has a straightforward and practical commuter design. The bike features a slim and compact body with smooth lines. The front gets a halogen headlight, and the bike’s fuel tank and body panels are of decent quality. The HF Deluxe comes with a flat single-piece seat and has a slim and tidy tail section.
Moreover, the colourful stickers on the body add a modern touch. The Hero HF Deluxe comes in five different colours, including the basic Black and Accent option. The mid and top variants are available in Black Grey Stripe, Sports Red Black, Black Nexus Blue, and Candy Blazing Red colours.
Engine, Mileage & Performance
The Hero HF Deluxe is powered by a 97.2cc engine that makes 8.02PS at 8000rpm and 8.05Nm at 6000rpm. It is paired with a 4-speed gearbox. It performs decently well in the city, and the power on offer is also enough for your everyday commutes. However, it may feel underpowered sometimes, especially when you want to make quick overtakes. It has a 9.6-litre fuel tank and delivers a mileage of around 65kmpl.
Handling & Ride Quality
The HF Deluxe is a lightweight bike, weighing just 110kg for the kick-start version and 112kg for the self-start model. Its weight is evenly distributed thanks to its double-cradle chassis.
It offers a comfortable ride quality. The telescopic front fork and two-step preload-adjustable twin rear shocks easily handle most potholes and bumps. You can also adjust the rear shock if the stock settings don’t work for you.
Comfort
The Hero HF Deluxe comes with a flat single-piece seat that is well cushioned and offers a comfortable riding experience for both the rider and pillion. The single-piece grab rail is easy for the pillion to hold while riding, contributing to the overall pillion comfort.
The bike has a seat height of 805mm, which is higher than many bikes in its segment. But thanks to the slim seat, even shorter riders can easily place their feet on the ground, making it suitable for riders of different heights.
Features
The HF Deluxe comes with a halogen headlight, taillight, and indicators. The bike features an analogue instrument cluster that offers basic readouts including the speedometer, odometer and fuel gauge. It comes with an optional USB charging port. The HF Deluxe also gets a side-stand engine cut-off and an ‘engine cut-off at fall’ feature that automatically switches off the engine in case of a fall.
The top variant has an Idle Stop-Start System that turns the engine off when the bike sits idle in traffic, and the engine restarts when you pull the clutch. It can also be turned off manually using a switch on the right handlebar.
