After my experience of riding Hero HF100 for a couple of weeks ( about 210 kms) , I could narrow down to it, as it offers a minimalist design with great mileage of 50kmpl amidst busy roads of BKC - Andheri - Goregaon roads. For the investment in this bike, my expectations were very realistic. I felt that the handling is basic and easy with safety and comfort, especially when riding at speeds upto 50kmph. During the regular commute hours, the average vehicular speeds in Mumbai are in same range anyway. I would highly recommend this bike for a minimalistic person. This bike is for humble and grounded people. Perhaps, the people believing in social status or image may not appreciate this model as much. This bike is very special as it not only serves the purpose of safe regular commute for self, with friends and with family, but also provides the commuter easy ride with atleast 70% cost savings (compared to mixed mode transport using bus, metro and auto)
