TVS Sport is a 100cc commuter motorcycle offered by the Chennai based manufacturer. The bike can be seen as a sportier version of TVS Star City that is one of the best selling commuter motorcycles in the country. With a stylish body design and commendable fuel efficiency, the vehicle is currently among the most preferred nces of the vehicle by the consumers when they think of purchasing a good 100cc utility motorcycle.
Sport is powered by a 99.7cc, air-cooled mill that comes mated to a 4-speed transmission. The engine generates a maximum power output of 7.37 bhp at 7,500 rpm along with a peak torque of 7.5 Nm at 5,000 rpm. The bike delivers an impressive mileage of 87.7 kmpl, as claimed by the company. The motorcycle is equipped with 2.75 x 17 front and 3.00 x 17 rear tyres wrapped on black alloy wheels. The stopping power is provided by 130mm and 110mm drum brakes at the front and rear wheel respectively. To make daily commutes comfortable, the manufacturer has fitted telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and five-step adjustable, spring-loaded shock absorbers at the rear.
The sporty body dynamics of TVS Sport make it a more desirable commuter motorcycle to look forward to. Wrapped in an all-black theme, the bike comes with attractive body graphics that make it look more pleasing. The front fascia has a stylish headlamp that enhances the overall appeal of the bike along with the twin-coloured rear view mirrors. The sober fuel tank design gives a good riding position to the rider that enables him to accomplish longer commutes without any stress. The side panels and rear grab rails are colored in black that gives a premium touch to the bike. The rear end receives a well-designed tail lamp with pointed turn indicators. The dimensions of Sport are 1950mm x 705mm x 1,080mm (L x W x H) and it has a wheelbase of 1,250mm that ensures proper seating and good handling. With a minimum ground clearance of 165mm, it offers good stability as well.
Unlike traditional 100cc commuters, TVS Sport has been given a sporty body design with a superior styling. The bike gets a sharp headlamp section integrated with twin pilot lamps and the dual tone rear view mirrors complements the front of the motorcycle. Sport comes in an all-black theme that makes it look more stylish and appealing. A long and sleek seat isn't the best in class but still provides enough comfort for both the rider and pillion. The rear end receives an elegant tail lamp that gives a premium touch to the commuter. The instrument cluster comprises of an analogue speedometer, fuel gauge and odometer along with telltale lights.
The bike is 1950mm long, 705mm wide, 1,080mm tall and has a wheelbase and minimum ground clearance of 1,250mm and 165mm respectively. It steers and stabilizes pretty well even in tight traffic conditions. The bike has a 12-litre fuel tank that gives it a long range without refuelling due to its high fuel economy.

The suspension system consists of telescopic hydraulic forks at the front and spring loaded, five-step adjustable shock absorbers at the rear. To perform the braking duties effectively, the company has fitted it with 130mm drum brakes on the front and 110mm drum brakes at the rear wheel.
