It is a lightweight scooter with a low seat height that performs well. It has a nice seating position but is the least powerful in its class. TVS Star City Plus is reasonably priced and provides good fuel economy. Its refinement level is commanding and ideal for city driving. It has a claimed mileage of 68 kmpl and a fuel tank capacity of 10 liters. It has excellent headlight performance but is not very comfortable for extended rides. It has a good build quality and dual-tone finishing however the refinement may be greater.
