A rumour about the Triumph Speed 400’s exorbitant on-road price was making rounds on the internet, baffling everyone. However, to clear the air, Bajaj & Triumph have revealed a statement about the same. You can read the statement below.

Along with that, the British bikemaker has received 10,000 bookings for the Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X, since the pre-bookings opened. This comes in just a few days after its India launch. This showcases the viral demand for affordable performance bikes.

Please note, that the 10,000 bookings is for both bikes combined, so some customers might still be able to buy the Speed 400 for its introductory price Rs 2.23 lakh. Post that, it will be priced at Rs 2.33 lakh, ex-showroom Delhi, which is still a value-for-money proposition.
