A Triumph dealership in Pune, BU Bhandari Triumph is offering customers the option to customise their Triumph bikes by selecting colour schemes and graphics that aren’t currently offered by the manufacturer, for a price of Rs 15,000. Additionally, the dealership is also offering customers who bought their Triumoh motorcycles from other showrooms the option to customize their bikes as well.
So far we have seen the Triumph Speed 400 and Triumph Scrambler 400 X in custom colours, including yellow, white, silver and a dual-tone black and red scheme similar to that available for the Triumph Speed Twin 1200. According to our dealership source, the yellow paint scheme is the most popular one out of the custom paint jobs and it’s for obvious reason…it looks stunning, to say the least.
In terms of graphics, customers can choose from a twin stripe design on the tank or get the regular Triumph emblem that is offered with the stock paint schemes.
The bike will be registered with the RTO with one of the 3 colours that is offered by the manufacturer and will then be changed to the custom colour chosen later. The paperwork related to bike customization is not easy and the dealership will be providing assistance during this phase. That said, customers will have to pay additional money to cover the RTO-related fees.
The Triumph Speed 400 is a neo-retro roadster while the Scrambler 400 X is a scrambler derivative of the same. Both bikes are powered by the same 398.15cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 40PS at 8000rpm and 37.5Nm at 6500rpm.
The Speed 400 comes at a price of Rs 2,33,000 lakh (ex-showroom) and it goes up against the KTM Duke 390, QJ SRK 400 and Yamaha MT-03. Whereas, the Scrambler 400 X costs Rs 2,62,996.00 (ex-showroom). It rivals the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401, Royal Enfield Scram 411 and Yezdi Scrambler.

I love the colour the pattern of the design. the height of the bike is best for mine segment and the handle bar is very smooth for those sharp turn. positive but the mileage is quite okay, I feel heating issue limited time not every time this is the negative side if this bike. And the positive side of this bike is this bike is best for city use and also for the touring purpose bcz of this 400 cc engine. yes if anyone want the power then why not the 400 cc is best from the city and touring use. The torque of the bike is fine and powerfull. If anyone don't want hard handling then they can choose speed 400 bcz this bike handling was so smooth.Read More
- Scramber 400X User ReviewI was looking for a tall bike because I'm 6.2 feet. I want my bike to fit my lookings. Scrambler perfectly fits me. It attracted me with its looks. I explored multiple options like, Harley Davidson X440, Himalayan 450, Scram 411, Xpulse 210, Yezdi Adv. But they didn't suits me. After all confusions, watched reviews in youtube and read it. Then I confirmed this is my bike. Comfort for the rider is top notch, no back pain. Can ride 100kms easily in one stretch. Smooth like a butter. Performance is really admiring. But pillion comfort is somewhat bad. Hard and small seat. It goes very smooth till 120, after that you can feel the vibration in handle bar and wind blast. Definitely I'll recommend to the persons who are tall like me. It attracts everyone, whenever I ride the bike or park the bike, there will be atleast 3 to 5 persons look at the bike for sometimes.
