I have experienced Hero Super Splendor and have had it for the last 2 months. I figured out that at a low budget, it's a very good choice with a nice look and the very important thing is its mileage. You have no need to spend too much on maintenance. Its spare parts are easily available. Overall, I can say you won't be disappointed with this bike.
