April is looking mighty exciting for enthusiasts as there are several motorcycles in the pipeline. Here’s the full list

After a hot and happening March, April is also looking equally interesting with several new launches both in the small-capacity segment and premium space. Here’s a full lowdown:

2022 KTM RC 390:

KTM already offers the 2022 RC 125 and the RC 200 in the country, and it’s high time the Austrian bikemaker also brings the 2022 KTM RC 390 here. It is likely to be launched in the coming weeks, and is a major upgrade over its current-generation iteration.

The bike gets a massively revamped styling with a different bodywork, revised underpinnings and slightly tweaked powertrain as well. It also comes with a more tech-savvy TFT instrument cluster, and adjustable handlebars for extra versatility. You can read our full analysis of the upcoming faired bike here.

2022 KTM 390 Adventure:

Along with the RC 390, KTM will also be launching the 2022 390 Adventure in the country. But unlike the faired bike, this terrain tamer comes with only mild updates, including new colour schemes, different alloy wheels, and traction control system. The adjustable suspension has been missed out.  Interestingly, the bike has already reached dealerships, so it wouldn’t be too long until KTM makes a formal announcement.

2022 Yamaha MT-15:

Yamaha plans to host a dealer event on April 11, and we have several reasons to believe it will bring out the 2022 Yamaha MT-15 at the event. The company tallied very low production and sales numbers in February. Additionally, homologation documents of the updated model have also surfaced online, all pointing to the imminent arrival of the new model

Triumph Tiger 1200:

After launching the ‘affordable’ Triumph Tiger Sport 660, the British marque will continue its onslaught with the launch of the range-topping Tiger 1200 some time later this month. The motorcycle was unveiled globally back in December 2021, and is a major departure from its predecessor, both in terms of design and dynamics. Here’s a detailed analysis of this terrain tamer.

Ducati Multistrada V2:

The Ducati Multistrada V2  will essentially be a more accessible ADV than the bonkers Multistrada V4, and is all set to be launched this month. This evolution of Multistrada 950 features a lighter, tuned powertrain, lighter alloys, revised ergonomics among others. Expect the Multistrada V2 to retail at around Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom).
