Upcoming Bike And Scooters In May 2024
Maxi style scooters, new streetfighters and more, here’s what we expect to see this May
April was quite exciting and we got to see many launches and updates. Now that May has begun let us take a look at all the bikes and scooters that we expect will be launched this month.
Bajaj Pulsar NS400
The Bajaj Pulsar NS400, which will be the biggest Pulsar bike ever, is set to be launched on 3rd May 2024. The bike had been teased multiple times in the past and recently we also got to see some spy shots surface online, revealing a lot about the bike.
We expect it to come at a price that is around the 2 lakh mark, and it will go up against the KTM Duke 390, Triumph Speed 400, TVS Apache RTR 310 and the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401.
More Affordable Bajaj Chetak Variant
Bajaj is working on launching a more affordable variant of the Bajaj Chetak and we expect it to be launched in May 2024. Recently the electric scooter was spied testing and the images have given us a very clear picture of what we can expect.
Hero Xoom 125 And Xoom 160
Hero MotorCorp unveiled two upcoming scooters at EICMA 2023, the Hero Xoom 125 and the Hero Xoom 160. The Hero Xoom 125 is the more powerful and sportier version of the currently available Hero Xoom 110.
Whereas the Xoom is more of a maxi-style scooter. We expect both of them to be launched in India this month.
Husqvarna Svartpilen 250
Husqvarna is likely to bring the 2024 Husqvarna Svartpilen 250 to India this month. The manufacturer had launched the 2024 Svartpilen 401 and Vitpilen 250 and the next bike on their list would be the Svartpilen 250, something we know this because of recently obtained homologation documents.
Okaya Ferrato Disruptor
Okaya Ferrato Disruptor is an upcoming electric bike from Okaya. The brand had recently entered the premium electric vehicle segment with the Ferrato brand, with the Ferrato Disruptor being their first bike in this segment. Pre-bookings for the bike have now begun on the brand’s official website, indicating that a launch is likely to happen soon. We expect it to happen this month.
