Design patents for the upcoming Suzuki Intruder 250 have been leaked online and showcase a new exhaust system design. While it retains the same twin-muffler design, it looks slimmer and sleeker than before. The bike is likely to be based on Suzuki's new 250cc platform, which means it may be powered by the same 249cc fuel-injected motor that powers the Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250. The motor in its BS6 form makes 26.5PS and 22.6Nm. Transmission duties will be taken care of by a 6-speed gearbox. Expect the suspension setup to be the same as the Gixxer SF 250, albeit with softer tuning for a plusher ride.
