Suzuki Burgman Street Price:
The Suzuki Burgman Street price is Rs 79,700 (ex-showroom Delhi). There is just a single variant of the Suzuki Burgman 125 with all colours bearing the same price. When the BS6 Suzuki Burgman was launched, it was Rs 7,000 more than the BS4 version.
Suzuki Burgman Street Features:
The Suzuki Burgman has been the company’s range of maxi-scooters. The Suzuki Burgman Street though is not fully a maxi-scooter as it just gets the styling of one. There aren’t any changes to report on the BS6 scooter. Nevertheless, the Suzuki Burgman Street has plenty of modern touches that accentuate its appeal. The LED headlight is low and pretty decent. Unlike the Access 125, the Suzuki Burgman 125 gets a digital instrument cluster which looks oddly familiar to the one found on the last-gen Suzuki Gixxer. It does display the speedometer in a large font with two trip meters, an odometer, a clock and a fuel gauge shown as well.
Suzuki Burgman Street Engine:
Suzuki has stuck to the 124cc single-cylinder engine for the BS6 Suzuki Burgman 125, the motor is now fuel-injected. With the BS6 updates, there is a slight change in engine output. While max power of 8.7PS is the same as on the BS4 motor, peak torque of 10Nm is 0.2Nm lower.
Suzuki Burgman Street Suspension & Brakes:
The Suzuki Burgman Street shares its underpinnings with the Suzuki Access 125. Hence, you get the same telescopic fork and single shock suspension setup as the conservative Access 125. There is only a single variant of the Suzuki Burgman and it gets a 12-/10-inch alloy wheel setup with a front disc and rear drum brake arrangement. CBS is standard.
Suzuki Burgman Street Rivals:
The Suzuki Burgman is a stylish alternative to the company’s Access 125. Its maxi size does appeal to many customers who want their scooter to look rather large and wholesome. The main competitors of the Suzuki Burgman Street are the Hero Maestro Edge 125, TVS NTorq 125, Yamaha RayZR 125 and the Vespa VXL 125. Price alternatives to the Suzuki Burgman are the Honda SP 125 and Honda Activa 125.

Though it is a bit heavy, in our test, 0-60kmph sprint was achieved in 8.69 seconds, as opposed to 9.20 seconds on the Access. And as if that wasn’t enough, the Burgman Street pipped the Access by 3kmph to reach a true top speed of 93kmph in our test runs. Roll-on times from 20-50kmph are the same though: 4.65 seconds. So while it’s quick at the bottom and the top, the added weight does impact its momentum in the city. Nothing worth complaining though. Coming to refinement, the Burgman also feels more refined than the Access, which sounds a bit gruff throughout. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride in order to clear your doubts. Check out authorised dealership details.
In general, the down payment remains in between 10-30% of the on-road price of the vehicle and ROI varies between 10-12% and it totally depends on the CIBIL/Credit score of an individual.
