Hero XPulse 200 4V India Launch Date Announced

Hero MotoCorp has slated the updated XPulse launch for October 7

Hero MotoCorp has revealed the official launch date for the XPulse 200 4V on its social media handles and it is scheduled for October 7. Here’s all that we know about it so far. 

The XPulse 200’s 199.6cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine has been updated with a 4-valve configuration. The current 2-valve setup develops 18.08PS and 16.45Nm. But with the much-needed upgrade, the output figures could see a decent bump, with the better top-end performance making the XPulse 200 4Vm more promising on the highway than its predecessor.

The right switchcube has also been revised, with a cleaner look courtesy the integrated starter and kill switch. 

Besides, Hero had showcased the updated model at a dealers meet alongside a Rally Kit-equipped avatar. This means a variant of the new bike will now get the offroading kit fitted straight from the factory. For reference, you currently need to pay about Rs 40,000, post purchase, for the Rally Kit, so the introduction of the 2021 Hero XPulse 200 4V Rally Kit variant could save you quite a chunk of your money. 

We expect Hero to price the standard version around Rs 1.30 lakh and the Rally Kit model at around Rs 1.55 lakh (both ex-showroom).
