Honda Shine SP: Yay or Nay?
Honda CB Shine SP is easily the undisputed king of 125cc motorcycles. It is currently the highest selling motorcycle. I felt there was not much difference in the design. Honda Shine CB SP is propelled by a 125cc single-cylinder engine that delivers 10.5bhp and 10.3Nm of torque via a five-speed transmission. This just tells us half of the story the engine revs up quickly and it did have a great throttle response.
The bike is extremely light weight with just 124 kgs. It felt easy to manoeuvre and carve through traffic. The bike felt very stable even at speeds of 100 kmph. Honda CB Shine SP has powerful braking options available as well. The bike also has a combi brake system as well as a progressive break on the front tyre.
CB Shine SP has a great one-down four-up gearbox which personally feels a lot more convenient than four-up transmissions. While the 60 km average will sound less for 125cc bikes it is pretty great for a spirited bike like this. The bike does feel a bit buzzy at high revs, but i still believe it is as silent as it can be.
