Hi,
I bought this bike on Oct 2010. Till then, I Drove more than 115000 kms. I want to share my overall experience with this bike. I commute approx 42+42 kms every working day. Out of which 25+25 kms is highway, rest are city roads. the bike gives great start, good pickup, helpful to tackle traffic Jams, Great mileage Approx 60km/Ltr. I maintain good speed 70-80 kmph at highways. But it lost balance even there are slightly rough roads. you have to be very very slow even if there are only tiny stones on the road. my worst nightmare are the seats. that are really very hard and uncomfortable for both Driver and the pillion. I even wrote to the Bajaj customer care, but it is not really helpful. The front disc brake is good but the rear brake does'nt seems useful as the the placement of foot rest don't allow me to press the brake lever effectively. in my overall ride I have to rely mostly on front brakes to stop, The Bajaj Service advisers are there to make highest possible service bill. Even the free services had cost me a lot. Engine is overhauled first at 45000 kms, 2nd at 75000 kms, 3rd at 92000 kms, 4th at 104000 kms and now 5th is due at 115000kms as the engine oil level is getting down.now I am planning to sell it.
In the end I don't suggest to buy this bike because of uncomfortable seats, poor balance ride, ineffective rear brakes, costly bajaj service
