TVs Scooty Pep Plus is the scooter with the most instabilities. The vehicle will most likely skid or slip on the road if you ride in it and activate the brakes while driving. It's not a vehicle you should drive with your family or alone. When the engine becomes hot, there is a minor tapping sound from the piston.
