Hello, i bought Honda shine 2 years ago. I opt Honda because of its engine. I heard that Honda engines are famous for reliability, durability and agility. But Honda prove me wrong. My name is Sumit pathak from Uttar Pradesh. This review will help you know my thoughts about Honda and also tell you the reason why Honda is a wrong choice. I ride this bike almost 50 kms in a day and i never feel comfortable on this bike and the suspension system are very bad, never absorbs road shock and when i purchased this bike I missed to check the Ergonomics which is the main part!! Though this bike got good and attractive looks but its performance never satisfied me. Bike generates poor mileage of 43 kmpl. Engine is very noisy and it has problem with gearbox. Poor pick-up and the brakes are not so efficient. My sincere advice is don't buy Honda Shine at all. Honda Shine was really good when it came into the market and until probably 2009.
