I bought Bajaj CT100 about 3 years back. During that time, I was using a Hero Honda CD100 and I would have bought the same model, but Hero Honda was priced more. So I went for the cheaper Bajaj CT100. I do not regret the decision and the bike has given reasonably good user experience.

I use the bike for about 25 kms daily. After few months, I started getting a big screeching noise from the rear brakes. So I immediately took it to the service station and those guys promptly changed the brake shoes, but the sound did not go away. I reported the same complain to service station guys every time I take my bike for service but so far they have not been able to sort out the issue.

I had a persistent problem with my bajaj cub scooter long back each time it rained water would get into the petrol although I changed the fuel cap many times the problem persisted till I sold it.

I don't think the company has any system of getting feedback from the service centers regarding such problems. Most of the companies are least bothered about the customers, once the product is sold.
