I have Sr 150 2019 and I had symptoms of engine failure at my 4th servicing. The engine was shutting down frequently. They said nothing and find a temporary solution every time I went there to complain about it. on the other servicing, they opened half of my scooty and cleaned and changed what needs to be changed. But again after a few days, the same thing reaped. I was said it's nothing and I can fix it on my own. And I did fix it every time.
Then there was lockdown. I being a health care worker I had to use scooty on daily basis. The store was partially open as they were doing up to 3rd servicing and changing engine oil. I had gone to change the oil in between too. It was time for my 6th service and they said The worker who does it is not available and will be in a few days. These days turned into 3-4 months. Nothing happened. Meanwhile, my scooty was needing a refill of engine oil in a week. They said I can refill and drive. I had no choice so I had to.
Now they said the warranty of my engine is not valid.
Because I was late in my due date and km. Which was 7000 km. Oil changed 10-12 times in between.
Today Its been three months since they have kept my scooty at the service center for engine repair. Even when I have agreed to pay all in cash for their fault. They are saying they can't provide me with the parts so I have to bring it on my own. This is absurd. If the company itself can't provide the parts. They don't have a good mechanic, their engine oil sucks, what are they expecting from us to do.
If you are someone with the hopes to buy the new Aprilia I urge you strongly not to buy it. I regret my decision. You should not.
