No one bothers to attend and explain about the product features to customers. I got faulty scooter and till date not able rectify problems its almost 4600+kms done, Dealer will not submit warranty card for battery(Pecon Power brand) at the time of delivery my battery had problem in 2nd free service got replaced after 9 days, vibrates lot while accelerating from 0-40 km and also vibrates at constant speed 25, 35km, sometime misfires, handle being tight it"s difficult to come to center position after turning from left-center or from right-center, sometimes jerks while applying brake feels like someone hit from rear end, lock set had problem not able lock it at left side of handle position(rectified) mechanics and supervisors those who prepare the job card for servicing not able identify the problems, common man have tell the problems. 2wheelers owners have no time to notice all the problems we cannot explain them with mechanical point of view. They take it advantage and they never accept the mistakes which they have done. Just observe at the service centres how they ride the scooters and bikes by accelerating badly.
