Worst Service Ever Experienced
I bought the Praise Pro a year ago with the subsidy scheme of 20k, but we did not receive any subsidy. Apart from that, our battery was not functioning properly, so we sent it to the service centre in Porbandar. The service centre then sent our battery to the Trontek Battery Company in Delhi. It has been 5 months since we sent the battery, but we have not received any response from Okinawa or Trontek Batteries.
