With the festive season just around the corner, it is a great time to buy a new two-wheeler given the festive offers. If you are looking to replace your daily commuter but are on a tight budget, here’s a list of the 5 most affordable motorcycles you can buy in India right now:

 

Bajaj CT100 (Starts Rs 46,432)

Bajaj recently launched the CT100 Kick Start variant in India. It is Rs 1,542 more expensive than the previous KS variant but gets a lot of feature and comfort updates (Check out the updates here). It is powered by a 102cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor with electronic carburettor which delivers 7.9PS and  8.34Nm. Despite the price hike, the CT100 KS remains the most affordable motorcycle in India. 

 

Hero HF Deluxe (Starts Rs 49,950)

The Hero HF Deluxe is available in a base Kick Start Drum Brake Alloy Wheel variant. It borrows the i3S start stop system from the Splendor for improved fuel efficiency. The fuel-injected 97.2cc motor now develops 8.02PS and 8Nm of torque. Besides a more fuel efficient motor, the HF Deluxe gets a longer seat and longer travel suspension for more comfort. 

 

Bajaj CT110 (Rs 52,147)

The Bajaj CT110 ES Alloy variant is another great option and for just Rs 6,000 more than the CT100 KS, it gets a lot more features and a larger motor. It gets an electric starter, LED DRL’s, an engine bash plate, dual-purpose tyres and more. The larger 115cc motor gets an electric carburettor and delivers 8.6PS and 9.81Nm of torque. It has a claimed top speed of 90kmph. 

 

TVS Sport  (Starting Rs 54,850)

The TVS Sport is available in a base Kick Start Alloy Wheel variant. It is the sportiest looking motorcycle here. It is powered by a 109.7cc air cooled and fuel-injected motor that delivers 8.29PS and 8.7Nm. The TVS Sport recently set a record in the Asia Book Of Records for the most fuel efficient motorcycle. Bajaj Platina 100 (Starts Rs 58,605)

If the CT100 does not feel stylish enough, you can look at the Platina 100. The base Electric Start Drum Brake variant gets an LED DRL, longer travel suspension than includer rear gas charged shock absorbers, padded seat and wide footboards. It is powered by the same 102cc motor as the CT100 but comes with a different state of tune. The motor delivers 7.9PS and 8.3Nm and gets a 4-speed gearbox.
