I am telling this from my experience till now. I have had many bikes till now and this is the one i think i have always wanted to ride. I had purchased passion pro before 27th July 2012 and i remember the day as it was my birthday. It gives me 65kmpl and I have run it only 2600 kms till now.Company is advising to drive it at an optimum speed of 40 to 50 kmph for better engine life and mileage.Hero moto corp is right,I have realised it and I am driving my bike at 40 to 50 kmph. My bike is giving 65kmpl. After crossing a few more kms. I am sure it might give 70 to 75kmpl. What I have realized till now is that mileage remains in your right hand.The more u throttle lesser your bike mileage.Harsh braking, unnecessary gear changing,unnecessarily maximizing the throttle and harsh throttle twisting will definitely decrease the fuel economy of your bike.If u want mileage and long life of your motorcycle always read user manual completely before riding your motorcycle. If someone is looking for a bike with great average and smooth riding experience you should directly go for it. I am sure you would love riding it. Go for it.
