It provides good ride and performance but the top speed is low. It provides decent brakes and good features. It also has Bluetooth connectivity and a theft alarm. The ride and handling are well made for Indian roads but Long term reliability is questionable. It provides around 50 km/charge range and 8-10 Hours of charging time. Hero brand has an excellent service and aftersales service in India.

I used my friend's electric scooter. It was amazing. No requirement only charging required. And it almost runs like a petrol scooter. No noise very comfortable.
