Is TVS NTORQ 125 Suitable for short girls?

Please don't take it, it has some serious self start issues, at times kick start also doesn't work, I'm facing the issues..!! I have to wait like an idiot on roads for a mechanic to come and rescue me..! TVS ntorq is a failure product which TVS is trying to sell in Indian market by fooling customers..!
