The Himalayan 450 was finally launched this month and the introductory price is a very attractive one

Update: The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 has been launched in India. You can read all about it in our launch story here.

The month of November 2023 was full of action as one of the most highly awaited bikes got launched and we also saw a fun surprise towards the end of the month as well. Check out all the motorcycles that were launched this month here:

    Royal Enfield Himalayan 450

The long-awaited Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 was launched this month at Motoverse 2023 (previously known as Rider Mania) with a very attractive introductory price tag. This price is valid for Indian customers till December 31, 2023. The ADV has also been simultaneously launched in the UK and select countries in Europe as well. We have also ridden the bike and here are our thoughts on the bike

Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition

At the same festival, Royal Enfield unveiled a custom version of the upcoming Shotgun 650, called the Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition. It has a lot of similarities with the Super Meteor 650 but major changes at the same time like a chopped-out rear and flatter handlebar to give it the true-blue bobber look. The regular production model will likely be launched in January 2024.

    Orxa Mantis

Orxa Energies, a Bengaluru-based startup, finally launched the Mantis this month. It is powered by a liquid-cooled motor and gets a claimed IDC (Indian Driving Cycle) range of 221 km and a top speed of 135kmph. We have also ridden the electric motorcycle and here’s what we liked and we didn’t.

    Honda CB350

Honda launched the CB350 this month and it is now the most affordable 350cc bike in their lineup. It gets more retro styling than the H’ness CB350 and is targeted to rival the Royal Enfield Bullet 350. As such, it gets elements like a chromed-out pea-shooter exhaust and metal fork covers.

This is better option for BIG GUYS.
I chose this because i love going to mountains and travelling through dirt trails and since i wanted to travel across Himalayas the first option that came my mind was Himalayan 450 because my cousin had Himalayan 411 back then and he loved the experience so i thought same beast with extra power would be a great choice. Honestly everything is good and perfect as i had imagined, The comfort is good the abs is great suspension, perfect and the 17L fuel tank is absolutely perfect, I never feel the necessity to carry extra fuel with me. Yes, i would really recommend this bike to someone who is interested in travelling or doing long rides like ladakh, Warwan you can go to any offroad batch or destination in this bike and also this bike performs well on highway too.

      Worth it..
This is an excellent bike and had great fun riding. The back seat is include along with the bike. Had 1250km run including office travel and long rides and it has been fun doing both. Great comfort. The sheet metal grey gives a batmobile feel and experience. Looks damn good without the back seat, I generally carry it in my backpack.
