The Rs 13,000-16,000 premium for the 2023 model year 650 twins seems to be a bit on the higher side considering the only updates the relevant variants come with are new LED headlight, BS6 Phase 2-compliance, revised switchgear, and colour schemes.
That said, the alloy wheeled variants are only Rs 10,000 costlier than the corresponding dual-tone variants with spoke wheels, which is justified. On the other hand, the top-end chrome variant is still expensive considering for around the same price, you can get a proper premium cruiser, the Super Meteor 650.
