Upcoming Two-Wheelers: September 2026

September 2026 is all set to be an exciting month for two-wheeler launches in India, with several new motorcycles and scooters expected to be launched. From the Himalayan 440 to the Jawa 350 facelift, here is the list of two-wheelers launching in September.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 440

Royal Enfield will launch the Himalayan 440 on September 4, 2026. It is based on the Scram 440 and is expected to sit below the Himalayan 450 in the brand’s lineup. It will get an engine similar to the Scram 440, making around 25.4 PS and 34 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. 

It will get similar styling to the original Himalayan 411, while the more powerful engine and additional 6-speed gearbox should make it a much better bike for highway riding.

Jawa 350 Facelift

Jawa is expected to introduce an updated version of the Jawa 350 on September 9. While we do not know the exact details about the motorcycle yet, we expect some new colours and added features, which should give it a fresher look.

The bike will most probably retain its 334 cc single-cylinder engine, which makes 22.5 PS and 28.1 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. We also expect the underpinnings to remain the same, with the update likely to be largely cosmetic.

BGauss Electric Scooter

BGauss is set to expand its electric scooter range with the launch of a new model. We do not know the exact details yet, but it is expected to be launched on September 9, 2026.

The brand recently launched the OoWah Max Plus, and this new launch shows that BGauss is serious about expanding its presence in India.

While this month is not as exciting as August 2026, which saw the launch of the next-gen Pulsar 125 & Pulsar 150, Yamaha YZF-R2 and Ather Konarc, the month has already seen the launch of the Simple Wave family electric scooter on September 2. There are still some exciting launches lined up, including the Himalayan 440 and Jawa 350 facelift.
