            Don't waste money on this Scooter
            I am giving one star because there is no option for negative rating. This is the worst scooter one can buy. Customer service....? if nothing say it is better. They have changed my new Battery with an old one and when I complained they are not responding even after one year of their blunder. Worst product with worst service

            Scooter is third class in comfort and it's employees are fraud they doesn't respond customer claims they do 100per cent loan but they demand extraa money

            Worst ever buying experience
            Very very poor quality vehicle. I bought bgauss C12i from tectrac delarship Kalyan nagar Bangalore in Aug 2024. From day one it has lot of issues. Since I have it's most in service centre for warranty claims. From day one motor problem, left to service center and they took 20days to claim warranty. 2nd month break system issue started no spare parts at service centre . The service centre minimum turn around time to fix any issue is minimum 15-20 days.Promised range was 110km with load but merely reaches 60 to 65km after investing 130,000/- to purchase this poor to poor quality vehicle. Service centers are pathetic including staff. Bycle service centers are far far better than this EV scooter service centre. Even staff doesn't have quality looks like all 10th pass are hired. Rude and unprofessional customer service. Vehicle takes 6-7 hours for full charge. Vehicle is not compatible with fast chargers at charging stations. Battery is very very heavy to remove and charges if you stay in rented house or upper floor can't carry everytime. As max practice range is 60-65kms suitable for news paper delivery in the morning. If there is star rating less than 1 star I would have rated 0 or even less. My worst ever scooter buying experience so far.

            Select the superb.
            Yes, I got my better half, as per company, drive range is correct, look so good and attractive, very comfortable for sitting, loved this, this was the best decision for choosing this bike, it is my hero. Recommending to all of you. Choose once but wisely. choosing Ev bike is for now, where power station is not deployed, but hero proved me wrong, the milage is exact and good.

            No cons all is with pros
            Hero optima has a nice mileage if you want to drive it in city around 65 km in single charge. The body is of plastic but a solid one and has very good storage if you take single battery. The seats are not that much comfortable but it is okay around 4 Star out of 5. The service is very nice from the company and doesn't need any type of maintenance.

            Overall very good comparing with the other motors electric scootys this is the best one I had saw. This scooty has many good features comparingly with other companies battery vexhiles i liked this the most with the amazing feature but only one problem is that no proper customer service they are not reacting to the problem perfectly
