The second largest two-wheeler manufacturer in India- Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd (HMSI) is also leading the scooter segment of the market. The company has a fleet of 5 scooters and 11 motorcycles including 5 commuter bikes. Despite that, motorcycle sales of the company are much poor in comparison to that of the scooter segment. Still, the company is continuously increasing the volume of its motorcycle fleet in the country.

Now, another 125cc motorcycle have been spotted testing in the country, which could be launched during this festive season. The headlight of the test mule is exactly similar to that of the recently launched 110cc commuter- Livo. However, it has slightly different bikini fairing and the rear panels are also much different than the Livo.

Honda CB Shine is currently the best selling 125cc in the market while its another interesting offering in the segment- Stunner is almost faded. It seems that the company is planning to regain the lost numbers of the Stunner with a new offering, based on the successfully running platform. Most probably, the new bike will also sport the same 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled mill, which is doing duty in the Shine with a similar performance.

The new Honda will get a sportier styling and could be made a little premium over the CB Shine. That will make it slightly expensive as well, however, the targeted buyers can make it a big hit over the market.
