The wheelbase of the Hero Passion is 1235 mm with a ground clearance of Hero Passion Plus is 159 mm and Hero Passion Pro is 165 mm. The kerb weight of the bike is 116 kg and Hero Passion Pro is 116 kg (Kick) and 119 kg (Self). The fuel tank is of 12.8 liters with a reserve of 1.1 litres.

The strong Hero Passion Pro is incorporated with cast wheels with spoke which looks very sporty and the new and stylish Hero Passion Plus is equipped with broad alloy wheels which give a very sporty and aggressive look to the bike. The size of the front wheel present in the Hero Passion is 18 x1.60 and the same size is also of the rear wheel. The broad wheels look very robust and carry a very dynamic look with it. The specification of the front tyre is 2.75 x18 – 42 P 4PR and that of the rear tyre is 3.00 x 18 - 48 P 6PR. The size of wheels and tyres for both the variants are same.

The new and classy Hero Passion comes in two models- Pro and Plus. Both the variants come in 97.2 cc engine displacement and sports air cooled, single cylinder, 4 stroke, OHC powertrain. The new Hero Passion Pro generates a top power of 7.8 PS at 7500 rpm and develops a peak torque value of 8.04 NM at 4,500 rpm. The other variant Hero Passion Plus produces a maximum power of 7.5 PS at 8000 rpm and a max torque of 7.95 Nm at 5000 rpm. Both the variants with this amazing power and torque offer zipper acceleration and pick up.

As already said, the new Hero Passion is available in two variants i.e Plus and Pro. The engine of the Hero Passion Pro is available with a displacement of 97.2 cc. The 4 stroke, single cylinder, OHC powerful engine of the Hero Passion Pro generates an impressive power of 7.8 PS at 7500 rpm and a beating torque of 8.04 Nm at 4500 rpm. The 4 stroke engine of Hero Passion is endowed with air cooling technology and is packed with 4 Speed Constant Mesh Transmission for smoother and easier shifting of gears and also helps in minimizing the vibrations and noise in high speed. The new Hero Passion Plus is also endowed with 97.2 cc engine capacity. The engine of the bike is also loaded with 4 Speed Constant Mesh Transmission for smoother changing of gears. The 4 stroke engine is packed with single cylinder and OHC valve configuration. The engine of the Hero Passion also has air-cooling technology. The ignition of the bike is CDI-Capacitor Discharge Ignition. The engine of the Hero Passion Plus is very powerful and also a great performer.

The controlling of the new Hero Passion is done with great ease as the bike is endowed with many advanced and comfortable features. The latest and advanced suspension system present in the bike enhances the stability and offers jerk free ride even in the bumpy roads. The sound braking system of the Hero Passion safeguards the safety of the passenger and the rider and helps in decelerating the bike when it is moving at high speed.
