Bad Experience

It should not be given even 1 star. This scooter designers, service persons, employees and the company all are professional fraudsters. Even if some person tells that he is using the vehicle and its good, that customer si also fake or he may be a very new user. So do not believe Pure Ev. I purchased it 3 yes back and from 1st month itself problems are increasing but there is no resolution given by the pure ev team for any problem. It is completely unacceptable from every point of view. I recommend please do not waste money on their products. They do not help u once u buy it.

most unsafe scooty . sometimes brake don't work service center are so far also they only accept your scooty if you have apoinment or else they will send you back.

I have faced Battery issue from purchase of one year,no service response,service side they are telling company has closed,waste of money

3rd class product don't but it after 10k km battery drainage problem compare to petrol scooter doesn't worth it

I bought 2022 model it ran well for 1 year but after that the battery failed for 20 times when I finally went to claim warranty they said although I have warranty they will give me a new battery but I have to pay full.

The bike is good, offering over 100 km of range per charge easily. However, once roadside assistance expires, getting service can be challenging due to their limited service network. It's also not as durable as other ICE scooters. Other than that, it's really good.

Good looking and stylish. Performance needs to be increased. Battery problems should be taken into consideration.
