My Ola S1 Pro, which is just two months old, broke down after restarting multiple times. The bike kept showing a software issue and would restart repeatedly. I had to restart it almost 30 times. I encountered numerous issues with the Ola S1 Pro.
I took the Ola to the showroom with a lot of effort, but no one was willing to address the problem or take responsibility. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I've never seen such irresponsible service.
Surprisingly, just two months into ownership, I'm facing this issue. Additionally, there is a problem with the bike's range. Even if you drive it between 40-60 km with a weight of 70kg, you'll never get the promised 135 km range. The maximum range I've experienced is around 85 km.
I strongly advise against buying this bike. It's a waste of 1.5 lakhs when the company doesn't seem concerned about customer service. Instead, consider purchasing electric vehicles from brands that maintain better relationships with their customers after the sale.
