I am planning Hero Electric Dash for my son who is 15 years old, will it be requiring the license?

No license or registration is required in India for the scooters that have their top speed capped at 25kmph and since Dash is part of the Low-Speed series, it gets a top speed of just 25kmph.

I am a user of HERO ELECTERIC DASH and it covers speed up to 40-42 kmph but shows maximum 27 kmph on display board and distance covered up to 70 km in a full charge.
