Chairman of DSK Benelli buys first MV Agusta F4RR in India

Italian manufacturer MV Agusta is known worldwide for its gorgeous looking and power hungry motorcycles. Ever since they launched in India, every automotive journalist has been trying to get their hands on one. Today the first MV Agusta F4 RR was delivered to a customer in India. Now you won’t believe who the first customer to own this super bike is. It’s Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman of DSK Benelli India group. Yes you read right. The Chairman of DSK Benelli has just received the very first F4 RR in India.
Ajinkya Firodia, Managing Director, MVAgusta India, said "We are really excited to deliver the first F4 RR for India. And we are even more excited that Mr. Kulkarni is the first customer. This is what biking is all about! We are in the business of Superbikes, for the love of Superbikes! And this occasion is a tribute to all the various biking communities across India – we are indeed one!”
The F4 RR that has been delivered is powered by a 998cc inline 4-cylinder engine that puts out 201 BHP and can reach a top speed of 297 km/h. It also comes with 8-level traction control, EAS (Electronically Assisted Shift), Ohlins suspension with electronic control, Brembo monobloc brake calipers and comes at a special introductory price of Rs. 35.50 lakh (ex-showroom Pune).
