[Update: Royal Enfield has launched the Meteor 350 in India. Head here for the pricing and other details regarding the launch]

The COVID-19 lockdown has taken its toll on everyone, including large industries and two-wheeler manufacturers. But as the government eases its lockdown restrictions, things seem to be coming back on track, slowly but steadily. The month of June, for instance, is packed with two-wheeler launches ranging from small capacity scooters to large ADV’s.

Royal Enfield Meteor 350:

Royal Enfield’s new J platform is set to take off with the launch of the much-awaited Meteor 350. It comes with cosmetic updates, a brand new heart and new chassis. You can all about the bike here.

TVS Scooty Zest 110:

TVS will also be joining the fray with the updated Scooty Zest 110. Aside from the updated motor, it’s likely to feature new paint schemes and possibly some extra features.

TVS Victor:

TVS has confirmed that it’s likely to launch the BS6 Victor around the same time as the Scooty Zest 110. Just like TVS’ updated two-wheeler lineup, the Victor is likely to come with Glide Through Technology, an LED headlight and subtle design changes.

Hero Xtreme 160R:

Next up is the Xtreme 160R which was first unveiled at the Hero World 2020. It’s a streetfighter that features sporty ergonomics, a bunch of features and peppy motor. Here’s everything you need to know about the all-new Xtreme 160R. Apart from this, Hero MotoCorp is also expected to launch the BS6 XPulse 200, XPulse 200T, Xtreme 200R, and the Xtreme 200S.

Yamaha FZ25 BS6:

Yamaha had to postpone the launch date of the updated Yamaha FZ25 due to the lockdown. The brand is likely to launch the motorcycle this month which will allow it to complete its transition to BS6 emission norms. The bike now comes in two variants, gets a new headlight and minor cosmetic updates. Click here for more details.

Triumph Tiger 900:

Triumph has teased the Tiger 900 through its social media platform which hints at its imminent launch. It will be offered in three variants. The Tiger 900 is all-new for 2020 and features a new look, a larger engine, updated electronics and tweaked mechanicals.

Triumph Bonneville T100 and T120 Black Edition:

The Tiger 900 will be followed by the launch of Bonneville T100 and Bonneville T120 Black Editions. These special edition motorcycles feature blacked-out components like the powertrain, exhaust, underpinnings and body panels. Expect the prices to have the same delta as the European market, which means we could expect the Black Editions to cost Rs 9.97 lakh for the Bonneville T120 and Rs 8.87 lakh for the Bonneville T100.

Kawasaki Z900:

From the looks of it, COVID-19 hasn't managed to deter Kawasaki from its 2020 launch plans. After launching the BS6-compliant iterations of the Versys 1000, W800 and the Ninja 1000 SX, the Japanese brand is all set to introduce the BS6 Z900. The updated model follows Kawasaki's 'Sugomi' design language complete with electronic rider aids and a new TFT screen with smartphone connectivity. More details here.
