Royal Enfield’s Classic 350 And Meteor 350 Enters The Malaysian Market

They carry a rather premium price tag
Royal Enfield announced the launch of its widely popular motorcycles, the 2022 Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Meteor 350 in Malaysia. While the Classic starts from a price tag of RM 23,500 and goes up to RM 24,500 (approximately Rs 4.15 lakh - Rs 4.32 lakh).Meanwhile the Meteor 350 starts from RM 24,300 and goes up to Rs 25,200 (approximately Rs 4.27 lakh -Rs 4.43 lakh). This makes them significantly more expensive than their India-spec counterparts.
The Meteor 350 is offered in a total of seven colour options while the Classic 350 has nine colours on offer. It’s interesting to note that in India the two motorcycles are offered in 10 and 15 colours respectively.
Powering both the bikes is the familiar 349cc J-series platform with 20.5PS and 27Nm on tap, mated to a 5-speed transmission.
Alloy wheels and tubeless tyres come as standard on all the models. A 100/90-19 tyre is used at the front and a 140/70-17 at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a 300 mm up front and 270 mm at the rear discs and dual channel ABS.
