These sales figures are the highest in the company's history

Royal Enfield has achieved a major milestone by selling over 10 lakh motorcycles in a single financial year, for the first time in its history. The company recorded total sales figures of 10,09,900 units for the 2025 financial year (April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025) - marking an 11% increase compared to the previous financial year.
Strong Growth All Markets
The Chennai-based manufacturer saw strong demand in both domestic and international markets. In India, Royal Enfield sold 9,02,757 motorcycles - an 8% increase from last year. Meanwhile, exports saw an impressive 37% growth - reaching 1,07,143 units.

March 2025 was particularly strong for the brand, with 1,01,021 motorcycles sold—34% more than in March 2024. The Classic 350 has always been the star performer for the brand in terms of sales. While the Hunter 350 is the most budget friendly RE bike, it has never managed to out sell the Classic. That said, the Hunter still holds its ground - having surpassed 500,000 total sales in the last financial year from its introduction back in August 2022. Notably, the brand’s flagship bike - the Super Meteor 650 also managed to surpass the 50,000 units sold mark since its launch.

New Launches
Royal Enfield expanded its lineup in FY25 with several new models, including the Guerrilla 450, 2024 Classic 350, Bear 650, Goan Classic 350, Scram 440, and recently the much awaited Classic 650. The Guerrilla 450, in particular, opened a major avenue for Royal Enfield - the sub-500cc streetfighter segment. While Royal Enfield usually caters to the retro category, the Guerrilla became the first of its kind - modern in every sense. It also capitalised on the bike modification scene by introducing a gorgeous factory custom, the Goan Classic 350. Royal Enfield played its cards right with the Goan Classic’s design aesthetics. The Classic 650 finally gives the heritage enthusiasts a proper motorcycle to upgrade from their Classic 350 or Classic 500. Trail riders got something exciting too, in the form of the Bear 650 and the Scram 440.

Expanding Global Presence
Royal Enfield is also strengthening its global footprint with new manufacturing facilities. The company inaugurated a CKD (completely knocked down) assembly plant in Thailand - its first fully owned plant outside India. It also set up a new manufacturing unit in Bangladesh, focusing on local production and assembly of its 350cc range of bikes: the Hunter, Meteor, Classic, and Bullet. Additionally, another new CKD unit in Brazil opened back in January 2025.

Future Plans
Royal Enfield is also stepping into electric mobility with the introduction of the Flying Flea, its first electric bike. Inspired by a 1940s classic model, the lineup includes the FF-C6 (a retro-futuristic design) and the FF-S6 (a scrambler-styled EV). Bikes under the Flying Flea sub-brand are set to launch in early 2026. That said, the Flying Flea range will be more of a premium urban commuter meant for niche buyers with deep pockets rather than a mass-market commuter electric bike. The brand is also working on the 750 platform, as the Interceptor 750 and the Continental GT 750 were also spied a few months ago.

Its a whole different vibe with 650THAT BULKY BOY AND SPEED makes the bike very attractive and muscular and it gives the vibe that other bike cant give you if youre going to college or office the royal enfild continental gt650 would be the best option. Eventually its good for mileage and comfort for short rides if you have the capacity for riding on full throttle then you will get deficiencies for mileage if we ride like a gentleman then we can feel the comfort and safety. If you can maintain the bike and do proper maintenance it would be a great option to choose because this bike has its own aura and there is no similar bike like royal enfiled gt650 in the market for a middle call this bike is best.Read More

I never dislike Royal Enfield bikeI would select a royal Enfield bike for my style and luxury life and like that sounds and performance chosen for long-distance comfort, while a more aggressive, aerodynamic, and stiff frame is chosen for racing The ride so far is a mix of learning building confidence and finding joy in the journey with many riders suggesting it takes about a month to get comfortable while some say it takes up to five years Key elements often include practicing low-speed maneuvers wearing proper gear and most importantly riding your own ride at a comfortable pace. Royal Enfield bikes are highly recommended for riders seeking a retro-styled comfortable and charismatic machine for cruising, commuting, or long-distance touring, particularly with the new 350cc J-series and 650cc twin-cylinder models.Read More
