  • Benelli has already launched its first BS6 motorcycle, the Imperiale 400, in India.

New Benelli TNT 300 BS6, 250cc Models Launch Details

The COVID-19 pandemic has been brutal to all automakers, especially by being in the midst of the BS6 switchover. As a result, several crucial model launches have been delayed. Case in point being Benelli. The Italian bikemaker had grand plans for 2020 with new and updated BS6 models. It now seems to be finding its feet again, having launched its first BS6 model, the Imperiale 400, and a new showroom in Udaipur.

Reliable sources inform us that Benelli’s small capacity TNT 300  will be launched by early-2021. Now Benelli had revealed the updated 302S overseas which will be the replacement to the TNT 300. The new bike gets an updated headlamp, new colours and now sports new features like an LED headlamp, LED tail lamp, LED turn indicators and a digital instrument console. The new 300cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin BS6-compliant motor delivers 38PS and 25.6Nm.

The other incoming small Benelli will be the Leoncino 250 BS6. Like the Imperiale 400, the Leoncino 250 is expected to carry forward the same design, features and underpinnings. However, the updated bike gets new colours and makes more power now. Know more about the 2020 Leoncino 250 here

Before the small bikes, Benelli will launch its 500cc BS6 bikes:  TRK 502, TRK 502X and Leoncino 500. These bikes will reach our shores by the end of this year. Check out more details about the upcoming 500cc bikes here.
