Honda CBR650F to be launched in India on 4th August 2015

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has officially announced to launch the mid-weight performance motorcycle- CBR650F in India on 4th August 2015. The company declare this launch date at the Honda Livo’s launch event today.
Honda CBR650Fis a supersport motorcycle powered by a 649cc, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine. The motor comes mated to a six-speed transmission and feeded by a programmed fuel injection (PGM-FI) system with a 32mm throttle body. The high-revving mill makes power upto 87bhp at 11,000rpm and delivers torque up to 63Nm at 8,000rpm.
Like a proper track machine, Honda CBR650F gets a full body fairing with a very sporty design. The bike features a masculine 17-liter fuel tank, transparent front visor, LCD-Multimeter console, clip-on handlebars, twin-spar steel frame, 41mm front telescopic forks, rear mono-shock suspension with spring preload adjustability, dual front disc brake, single rear disc brake and ABS (optional). The lightweight alloys of the bike get wide 120/70 section front and 180/55 section rear radial tyres.
Honda CBR650F will be sold in India as CKD (completely-knocked-down) units and will be available at most of the Honda dealerships across the country.
