12 February 2018: The Vespa GTS Super 125 is a premium offering by the scooter manufacturer with enhanced legroom, space and features. The GTS line of scooters carry the same distinctive traits as the standard models but includes numerous style upgrades like the chrome-framed front, rear turning lights and an ornament on the front fender. On the feature front, the GTS Super 125 comes with USB port, front DRLs, a spacious compartment, a drawer for storing small items like phone, glasses and documents and a handy bag hook. The GTS Super 125 is powered by a liquid-cooled 125cc engine with a churning out max power capability of 12.2PS at 8,250rpm and a peak torque of 11.5Nm at 6,000rpm. It gets a suspension assembly of a single shock absorber and a single arm with coil spring at the front and 4-step adjustable double hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. It runs on 12-inch wheels with a braking set up of 220mm discs at the front as well as at the rear. It comes with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) as standard and a bike finder feature as an anti-theft feature. The wheels are wrapped by 120/70 and 130/70 tubeless tyres at the front and at the rear ends respectively. The expected price for the GTS Super 125 is Rs 90,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
