The Vespa S has been launched in India as a successor to the Vespa VXL range. The scooter now comes with two engine options, modern features and new colour options. The Vespa S comes with a classic Italian design and is complemented by a boxy and rectangular headlight design.

The Vespa S 125 and Vespa S 150 come equipped with a semi-digital instrument cluster, but it misses out on smartphone connectivity features. The base Vespa S 125 and 150 gets a physical key.
The Vespa S Tech 125 and Vespa S Tech 150 are the more feature-loaded variants, which feature a 5-inch TFT instrument console. It also has smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, music controls, and call and SMS alerts. The scooters also have a keyless ignition. All four variants get a 7. 4-litre fuel tank.
6. What underpinnings and hardware does the Vespa S have?
The Vespa S scooter range is equipped with an aircraft-derived, single arm, front suspension and a fourstep adjustable monoshock. The 125cc scooters get a 200mm front disc brake and a 140mm rear drum brake with CBS (Combined Braking System). The 150cc scooters get the same 200mm front disc brake, but with a single-channel ABS as standard.
All four scooters have 11-inch alloy wheels on both ends, and are fitted with 110-section front and 120-section rear tubeless tyres. They have a 770mm seat height, which should be suitable for riders of all heights.
