Top 5 Best-Selling Bikes Of June 2025

The ‘Best-Seller’ has retained its crown again this month too.

We have received SIAM (Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers) for the month of June 2025 and there have been some interesting changes in the sales of two-wheelers in India. Here’s a list of the top 5 best-selling bikes in India:

Hero Splendor Plus

June 2025

3,10,627

May 2025

3,01,584

June 2024

2,84,190

The Hero Splendor Plus has been the best-selling motorcycle in the country for decades now, with the sales figures increasing every month. The bike is well-known for its reliability, mileage and ease-of riding.

Hero sold 3,10,627 units of the bike in June 2025, a 2.99% increase in its Month-on-Month (MoM) sales, while the Year-On-year sales figures as compared to June 2024, show an increase of 9.30%.

Honda Shine 125

Sales

Units Sold

June 2025

1,34,817

May 2025

1,48,288

June 2024

1,39,587

The Honda Shine 125, is the bread-and-butter model of the Japanese bikemaker. The Shine 125, with its bullet-proof reliability, excellent comfort, peppy performance and good mileage, has become the best-selling 125cc commuter.

Honda sold 1,34,817 units of the bike in June 2025, a 9.08% decrease in MoM sales figures as compared to May 2025. The YoY sales have decreased by 3.41% as well. We think the decrease in sales could be caused by emergence of peppier and more modern-looking sporty 125cc commuters that offer similar mileage, reliability but with a little more performance.

Hero HF Deluxe

Sales

Units Sold

June 2025

1,00,878

May 2025

1,07,768

June 2024

89,941

The Splendor Plus in disguise, or in a slightly different format – the Hero HF Deluxe shares its engine, and most of its underpinnings with the Splendor Plus. The bike offers similar performance, mileage, and comfort and is equally reliable.

Hero sold 1,00,878 units in June 2025, a 6.39% decrease in MoM sales numbers compared to May 2025. There has been a significant growth in YoY sales with a 12.16% increase as compared to June 2024. Also, expect the sales to go up in coming months as Hero recently launched a more tech-loaded version of the HF Deluxe called ‘HF Deluxe Pro’. It comes with an LED headlamp, a fully-digital instrument cluster, and refreshed graphics.

Bajaj Pulsar 125 Range

Sales

Units Sold

June 2025

49,641

May 2025

78,988

June 2024

63,586

The Bajaj Pulsar 125 Range consists of three Pulsars: Pulsar 125, N125, and the NS125. All these motorcycles are known for their peppy performance, affordable price tags, decent mileage and comfort.

Bajaj sold 49,641 Pulsars in the month of June 2025, that’s a very significant decrease of 37.15% in MoM sales as compared to the last month. The YoY sales have decreased by 21.93% when compared with June 2024. We think that the dip in sales may be a result of consumers moving towards more powerful motorcycles that are performance focused as opposed to the Pulsars which are slightly budget-focused.

TVS Apache Range (150-200cc)

Sales

Units Sold

June 2025

41,386

All these motorcycles are known for their peppy performance, modern features and have affordable price tags.  Due to sporties designs, these are quite popular among young buyers.

TVS sold 41,386 units of these motorcycles in June 2025, a decrease 15.70% in MoM sales compared to May 2025, while the YoY sales have increased by 11.36%.

Blend of both style and practicality

RTR 180 and 160 2V both may not feel so comfortable at first and it require some time to get used to over long urban commutes. Good for touring as well, best with speeds upto 80-90 kmph and vibrates a lot after that. Decent mileage. Easy on pocket ownership cost. Became more affordable post GST 2.0. Go for it if you are looking for a motorcycle that is simple yet sporty.Read More
