The Honda Unicorn has been one of the most comfortable commuters in its segment in India. The Unicorn offers a blend of refinement, decent performance and fuss-free reliability for a slightly premium price tag. With all these characteristics, the Unicorn has developed a loyal customer base, and sells quite well.
Honda sold 29,363 units in the month of March, driving the MoM sales up by 1.48%, while the YoY sales saw a significant increase of 52.76% when compared to March 2024. Expect the numbers to go up even further in the coming months considering the fact that the Unicorn was updated to comply with OBD-2B emission norms, along with LED headlight and a TFT instrument cluster (both features for the first time on a Unicorn) in December 2024.

The Bajaj Pulsar range has been the benchmark for affordable performance in India for quite some time now. The Pulsar range has six bikes in the line-up as of now: N150, N160, NS160, NS200, Pulsar 150 and the RS200.
Bajaj sold 16,571 units of the Pulsar in March 2025, a 3.76% increase in MoM sales figures while the YoY sales have dwindled by about 7.07% when compared to March 2024. Despite having a bigger lineup than the TVS Apache range, the Pulsar doesn’t seem to have made as much of an impact as the Apache.

Yamaha MT-15, loved by the buyers for its rev-happy engine, good mileage, sporty handling while also having a comfortable riding position. Yamaha sold 9,074 units of the MT-15 in the month of March 2025, a 4.38% decrease in MoM sales, while the YoY sales too have gone down by 15.17%.
From the declining sales, it’s evident that the bike is now lagging behind, and with more modern-competition, it definitely needs an update.

The Yamaha R15 range has the most beginner-friendly sporty, faired bikes money can buy in India right now. The Yamaha R15 range gets three models: The R15 V4, the R15 M and the R15 S. Yamaha sold 6,622 units of the R15 in March 2025, a 7.47% decrease in MoM sales figures, while the YoY sales have been on a decline too with a 34.40% decrease when compared to March 2024.
The R15 has been the best entry-level supersports in the country since its launch back in 2008, offering a smooth and refined engine, excellent mileage and sharp handling. That said, the bike has become a bit overpriced now crossing the Rs 2 lakh barrier, at Rs 2,11,600 (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top-end variant. Even though it gets some segment-first features, the price is still a bit hard to justify considering it’s a 155cc motorcycle at the end of the day.

interesting attract in daily and riding experiencebecause the importance of performance, speed, ride smoothly, feel a better, style and look is choosen a based on the bike, or the brother have almost 5-7 brother chose a pulser on they are one reason the choose a bike. So far the ride has been completely fine. so far i have travelled mostly i group of 3 passenger but there is no different b/w travelling solo or in a triple, except that mileage may be different on the ride. I recommend the different reason pulsar buying i required on home to office on 60km going and 60km coming for they are not any problem on the ride time but the also required on 1.5litre petrol on tank or not but our bike is stop or not run 1 km to more or your choice you buy on your purpose.Read More

i love this brand and specially this Yamaha r15this is not a bike its a dream of every boys and this r15 is a not a model of Yamaha this is us emotion and the r 15 is a legacy and the main point is this look mileage and the segment killer up to 250cc. mileage good looks is too much good and maintain easily and but the top model like M and monster edition you got a good futuristic display and the graphic of sticker are good and you after sitting this bike you feel like you sit a super bike and i got for my r15 bike 42 to 49 mileage. most recommended i love this brand and there all bike are good and you can afford this bike and good quality and value for money you can buy this beast and enjoy your ride this bike and stay safe all time wear helmet.Read More
Pocket rocketThe only bike in the segment which provides you punchy power and aggressive position it may have some cons still who are above 5.5 height can ride this rocket comfortable. Personally I love riding sports bike and this is seriously a legendary one in the segment also from 200cc segment. I reached upto 153 of speed on a highway which is so much within a 155cc segment. End of the day its very sexy for enthusiasts who prioritise power over features. So good i mean its powerful but not that torquey its so light weight and too much powerful no braking issues for me personally and mileage i got is around 42 to 45 in city and around 50 on highways too good for college students but you get back pains and spine problems not suitable for long rides good for flicking in traffic. Yes i do, The things you have to consider while buying this is its power packed for a beginner its good for track not suitable for long rides and also you have to be confident while driving this when VVA kicks in you just fly.Read More
Gliding BeastI passed my high school with good grades and i turned 18 as well, that is when it all started. A friend of mine recently bought a RS 200 which kind of attracted me. I drove it once and that was it when i realised that this is the bike, the perfect bike for me. See now it's been over 5 years since I've owned this machine. So far, so good. I've drove this bike more than 1 lakh kilometres and trust me, the punch is still there, pretty good mileage of 28-30 km, you would get service centers almost everywhere, the service and parts are affordable and easily accessible. Also the main part is the care and maintenance of the bike, and i still think the bike is absolutely perfect for the next upcoming 10 or maybe 20 years. See if you're someone who wants an all rounder bike, which the parents would also approve, this is the bike. It's a comfortable commuter, not only your ride is comfortable, the passenger, be it my mom, also sits comfortably on the bike. The riding posture and bike design is great, good for long trips and for the streets as well. It delivers great power while saving you thousands of rupees for petrol. Like 30kmps mostly at higher rpms, i can afford that. Say if you choose to drive at low rpms, you could literally cover 45-50 kmps, if you how to drive.Read More
