BREAKING: 2026 TVS iQube S Launched In India
Back with a bigger battery pack, improved range, higher top speed, but Rs 19,500 more expensive than before

Quick Highlights:
-
Gets a bigger battery pack, offers an improved range and higher top speed
-
Underpinnings and features list remain unchanged
-
Now costs Rs 19,500 more than before
TVS has relaunched the iQube S in India priced at Rs 1,59,142 (ex-showroom, Delhi), it is now Rs 19,500 more expensive than before. Also, the electric scooter now comes with a bigger battery pack, offering improved range, and it also gets two new colour options.
What’s New

For 2026, TVS has given the iQube S two new colour options: Magnificence Purple Beige and Harlequin Blue Beige. Both of these colour options are quite vibrant, and the beige finish gives the scooter a more premium feel. Overall these shades help in uplifting the family scooter appeal of the iQube S quite well. Other than this, the scooter also comes with the Mercury Grey Gloss paint scheme, which was also available previously.

TVS has also given the iQube S a bigger 4.7kWh battery pack that powers its 4.4kW (peak power) motor. It now offers a range of 175km, a top speed of 82kmph and can go from 0 to 40kmph in 4.3-seconds, all figures claimed. It can be charged from 0 to 80% in 4 hours, using a portable 950W charger.
What's Unchanged

Other than these changes, the scooter remains unchanged. It looks exactly similar to the previous model, and still carries the same subtle and family oriented design. The underpinnings also remain unchanged and the scooter uses the same frame, conventional telescopic fork, twin rear shock absorbers, front disc brake and 12-inch alloy wheels.

It uses a 7-inch TFT console that supports smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and SMS/call alerts. It also gets voice assist, shows distance to empty, and remote charge status. There is also geo-fencing, crash and fall alerts, vehicle tracking and anti-theft alerts. The scooter still gets a big 32-litre underseat storage and a USB charger.
BikeDekho Says
The TVS iQube range is the highest selling electric two-wheeler in India, and earlier the iQube S variant offered a perfect balance between good range, acceleration, and features, that too for a good price. Now however, even with a bigger battery pack, longer range and higher top-speed, paying Rs 19,500 more doesn't really make a lot of sense. That said, for Rs 1,35,043 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the base iQube 3.5kWh variant makes a lot more sense. It offers a good range, performance and all the usable features, that too at a lot less price.
TVS iQube S User Reviews
- Smartphone connectivity is way betterI looked for comfort, range, and a wide seat as I often carry a pillion. The iQube provided all of that, plus features like smartphone connectivity. My research compared it with Ather, but I felt TVS was more reliable long-term. I’ve been using the iQube for daily city commuting, and it’s been excellent. The silence, comfort, and smoothness are unmatched. Range is adequate, but charging stations are limited outside the city. Service centers are reliable and easy to find. The iQube is a must-buy for people who want simple, low-maintenance travel. I’d recommend it for office workers, students, and women riders. Avoid it if you expect sporty performance or long-distance comfort.Read More1 7
