Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 and Interceptor 750 Unveil In November: What To Expect

Royal Enfield might unveil the Continental GT 750, its sportier version, dubbed the Continental GT-R 750, as well as the Interceptor 750 at Motoverse 2025 (from November 21-23). But before this, they’re likely to debut globally at the EICMA 2025, around November 4-5. All these Royal Enfield bikes have already been spotted testing a handful of times, in near production guise.

Engine

All these new bikes from Royal Enfield will use a reworked version of the existing 648cc, parallel-twin cylinder engine – enlarged to around 750cc. It’s expected to produce roughly 55PS and 60Nm, about 8PS and 8Nm more than the current motor.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750

The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 that was spied had more compact, dual exhausts than the 650. It also had twin front discs for added braking performance. It’ll also get the round single-pod TFT console from the Himalayan 450 that has Bluetooth connectivity, full Google maps navigation, phone alerts, and music control. The expected pricing is around the Rs 4 lakh (ex-showroom) mark. There will also be a GT-R 750 with a bikini fairing inspired by Royal Enfield’s GT Cup race bikes – looking like a proper, old school café racer.

Royal Enfield Interceptor 750

Compared to the sportier GT, the Royal Enfield Interceptor 750 will have a more upright riding posture, and will be a versatile option aimed at daily riding comfort as well as long highway tours. The hardware and features will be shared with the Continental GT, but will likely be slightly more affordable at around Rs 3.8 lakh (ex-showroom). Both are expected to come with more premium suspension, including an inverted fork, and also all-LED lighting.

Royal Enfield 750cc Bikes: India Launch Timelines

The Continental GT as well as the Interceptor are expected to be launched in India in early 2026, while the Himalayan 750 is likely to be launched towards the end of next year. We wouldn’t be surprised if it debuted at the 2026 EICMA. Afterall, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 was officially teased by the Chennai-based bike maker on their social media channels, and seems to be on track for launch.

Test bikes have been spotted with dual discs, LED lights, large windshield, and again – the Himalayan 450’s console. But unlike the 450 that's off-road oriented, this bigger Himalayan will be a touring focused Adv bike – with light off-road capabilities. It could cost around Rs 4.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It will take on bikes like the Kawasaki Versys 650, Honda NX500, the upcoming BMW F450 GS and Aprilia Tuareg 457.

The Continental GT 750 will have no natural rivals in its segment, whereas the Moto Morini Seiemmezzo 650, Brixton Crossfire 500, and Benelli Leoncino 500 can be some of the alternatives to the Interceptor 750.
